Procurement Manager -London - 6 month Contract - Midlands or London - £500 -£525 per day

Stream are looking a Procurement Manager to join an organisations procurement function on a contract basis.

The Procurement Manager will be procuring complex packages across construction, rolling stock or railways systems, ensuring all procurement activity provides best value.

The Procurement Manager will be managing tenders via OJEU\EU regs or frameworks (CCS\ESPO etc) while negotiating 3rd party construction consultancy agreements using NEC3 contracts.

On a personal level the Procurement Manager will be comfortable managing various complex tenders from cradle to grave at one time. You will be a commercial astute individual is comfortable liaising both with internal and external stakeholders to deliver all procurement activity to demanding deadlines.

Candidates will have a procurement background within either heavy civils, utilities, rail or central government. The procurement manager will have tendered various ways via OJEU (closed, restricted, open competitive dialogue and would worked tendering for work packages from £10 mil up to £500m plus.

This role will require someone with strong experience of bespoke contracts such as NEC3. Good and services procured for include Construction, Railway Systems , Stations (Upgrades & Refurbs).

The start of this role will be predominantly home based.

This role maybe suitable for a Procurement Manager or Category Manager or Procurement Business Partner or Category Lead or Category Specialist or Procurement Specialist or PPM or Project Procurement Manager or Senior Procurement Manager.
