Operations Team Leader

£35k - £40k DOE
An exciting opportunity has risen to join a rapidly growing company based near Maidstone. My client is seeking a confident leader who can manage and develop a small but energetic team.
The responsibilities of this role include:
Overseeing the office relocation end to end
All round performance management of your team ensuring full support, training and guidance is given
Delivering a consistent, superior customer service in line with the company quality standards, ensuring that you are meeting and exceeding customer expectations
Providing a proactive, professional service when dealing with all stakeholders
Working internationally as well as nationally
Ensuring all bespoke quotations are provided quickly and accurately
Liaising with the Finance department on completed jobs to allow prompt billing
To be considered for this role you will have/be:
A methodical, ultra-organised person
Experience working with international customers
Strong man-management skills
Able to use initiative and negotiation
Experience organising logistics/ relocation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills
Proactive, driven and goal orientated
The ability to speak other languages would be an advantage
