Vision for Education are seeking a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic Intervention Teacher to join a school in Grimsby. Working with all children to boost attainment, this is a full-time position, to commence from September 2020.
Working closely with the Intervention team, we are looking to appoint an Intervention Teacher who can motivate and inspire a small group of pupils to improve attainment, with a specific focus on numeracy and literacy. The ideal Intervention Teacher will have experience working with small groups of children who may not be fully engaged in their learning and will understand the importance of a nurturing and empathetic approach.
Based in Grimsby, this school is a successful and well resourced school, with lots to offer both staff and students this is an inclusive environment, where everyone works as a team to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
To be considered for the Intervention Teacher role you must:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have some knowledge or previous experience of teaching to small groups.
Be adaptable and flexible
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff
