We are working in partnership with a fantasic school looking for someone to join their team and to support and develop the school in line with its shared values and improvement priorities. This provides a creative and ambitious centre of learning for over 90 pupils with a range of complex learning and communication needs aged from 2-19 years.

The school is a member of an ambitious and inspiring collaboration of specialist provision schools in Cornwall, with a focus on excellence in learning for everyone.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, full time, SEN teacher with drive, enthusiasm and resilience to join our successful and supportive teaching. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and delivering excellent learning opportunities to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs. This is a general teaching position, ideally suited to a middle leader, with a focus on Stem Maths or Geography, History and Creative/Enrichment Activities. (Please state your curriculum strength within the application) This is a wonderful opportunity for a talented teacher to develop their teaching within the unique setting of a special multi-academy trust. A positive outlook, a proactive approach and a track record of high quality teaching and learning is essential.

Applications are invited from candidates who can demonstrate experience of teaching within an SEN setting working with pupils with ASD and/or SEMH needs and evidence the ability to work effectively within a multi-agency team to improve outcomes for pupils.
