Support the management of a portfolio of accounts, undertaking credit analysis work, processing waivers / variations and maintaining credit surveillance.
Preparing credit applications, analysis relevant reports and submitting reviews on a timely basis .
Ensuring that the Handover of Accounts from origination units is appropriately administered, distinct loan characteristics recognised and responsibilities understood
Preparing variation applications to reflect any changes in conditions, processing and ensuring compliance with loan terms and seeking compliance approval to KYC refresh..
Input transactions into the Project Finance Grading Methodology (PD/LDG model) or associated C&I methodology.
As appropriate, financial modelling appraisal and analysis for projects in support of transaction waivers and distributions.
Early identification and assessment of risk relevant events and appropriate disclosure through use of TMS and or Credit Monitoring protocols.
Managing other administrative and support functions related to the team (e.g. preparation/circulation of signing logs, KYC).
Understanding the Bank's internal procedures and processes and applying them correctly.
Supporting other staff with specialist knowledge and providing some training in specific areas of knowledge or systems where appropriate.
