Nominees Administrator (Financial Services) - Romford.
A Nominees Administrator, who has investment management experience, is needed to join a prestigious financial services company that specialises in stockbroking, pensions, investment management and much more. Based in their Romford office, the successful Administrator / Nominee Administrator will work alongside the Nominee Team to organise the transfer of securities between External & Internal parties supporting front office Investment Managers.

Now, due to ongoing expansion, they are seeking an Administrator / Nominees Administrator, who is a team player, accurate and has knowledge of market custodians (HSBC, EUROCLEAR, AEGON, ALLFUNDS) to join the team.
Utilising your back-office experience within a financial institution (ideally stockbroking or investment management) you will liaise with Market Counterparties to Transfer Client Portfolios held in GIA, ISA, JISA, CTF, SIPP & Structured Products. Whether you are dealing with enquiries from investment managers; updating custodians; providing daily stats; processing internal account stock movements; processing New ISA/JISA subscriptions; handling email traffic and telephone queries or ensuring all records are accurately maintained, it will be your excellent attention to detail and your proactive nature that ensures successful transfers.
To qualify… You should be an Administrator / Nominees Administrator / Administration Support Clerk / Back Office Administrator / Trade Desk Administrator or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
- Prior experience from a financial institution, preferably within Investment Management or Stockbroking;
- Good knowledge of Excel & Word;
- Knowledge of market custodians – HSBC, EUROCLEAR, AEGON, ALLFUNDS;
- Experience in Customer Service;
- You are highly organised and skilled in multi-tasking;
- You are articulate, confident and are able to work under pressure;
- Qualifications to A Level Standard or Equivalent.
Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) is preferred but not essential.
