Our client has an opportunity for a Senior Energy Account Manager to join the team based in Beckenham (South London). In this role as a B2B Account Manager, you will be reporting to Managing Energy Consultants as well as supporting the client directly in delivering core services such as Gas, Electricity and Water Procurement and answering billing and metering queries. The role is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive starting salary and good benefits!

Our client isestablished Energy Consultants based in Beckenham / Bromley. They pride themselves on being able to provide an independent and comprehensive service driven by clients' requirements and with attention to detail.

Key responsibilities of a Senior Energy Account Manager:

- Managing client accounts and dealing with billing queries

- Provide market intelligence to portfolio of customers

- Assisting with tenders and presenting quotes

- Developing and supporting existing supplier relationships

- Delivering energy and infrastructure services

- Preparing tender proposals, recommendations and presentations

- Answer queries to ensure continuing levels of client satisfaction are met

- Keeping industry developments

The ideal Senior Energy Account Manager will have the below skills and experience:

- Previous B2B experience in energy or utilities necessary

- Preferably a minimum of 2 years of utility industry experience

- Highly organised with self-initiative and good time management skills

- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
