A leading national medical and nursing organisation, based in Runcorn, are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Accountant to assist them during an extremely busy period.
The Role and Responsiblities of the Financial Accountant position will include:
General Ledger close tasks on a monthly basis.
Calculate, enter and review general ledger journals as necessary including the preparation & overview of monthly journals ensuring appropriate back-up.
Investigate complex General Ledger queries.
Full account reconciliations and monthly analysis by GL, including identifying and clearing reconciling items.
Support and partake in complete balance sheet review and cleanse project.
Assisting with ad hoc finance tasks.The successful individual will;
Be ideally CIMA / ACCA qualified or QBE and overseas equivalent
Have strong excel and systems skills
Prior experience of using an ERP will be beneficial
Be available at short notice
