A fast-paced, established global bank is looking for an experienced Digital Acquisition Manager to join their team for a 6 month mat cover role. The role will be solely responsible for driving new to bank acquisition for both of their business entities.
As a Digital Acquisition Manager at a global Bank, it will be your responsibility to deliver the digital acquisition strategy, tactics, execution, and optimization of paid and owned campaigns across digital touch-points.
Key Responsibilities of the Digital Acquisition Manager include:
Lead the digital acquisition sales strategy, and implement best-in-class practices across paid and owned channels.
Build & track a digital sales plan for UK Onshore and IPB EMEA working in close collaboration with sales teams, web developers and marketing.
Develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels ensuring they are on time and to budget. This will include but is not limited to website optimisation, SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising.
Plan & drive the execution of the SEO strategy collaborating with the Media partners, Technical teams and content marketers as required.
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Implement digital campaign tracking and ensure a holistic analytics approach to tagging.
Lead and execute the test and learn agenda across product, creative, media and digital customer experience across all platforms.
Identify and lead integration of new capabilities and technologies to improve digital targeting (DMP, DSP) and funnel performance (analytics).
Support with the management of the public websites ensuring the websites are fit for purpose and support strategic goals of the business. Key points of focus will be optimizing user experience and design with an aim in increasing conversion rates and ultimately performance.
Work with the marketing team to align our social media strategy with acquisition.
Responsible for cost per acquisition across paid search, display and paid social channels to deliver against the agreed set of KPIs
Provide weekly insight reporting and analysis for the Digital Sales and Marketing Head
Ensure creative aligns to brand guidelines and is optimized against to the right execution channels - digital first channels
Adherence to a robust control environment by adhering to marketing and business policies and procedures to ensure all Marketing campaigns are approved by legal and compliance and filed for audit as per the Marketing Procedure
Effectively managing the allocated marketing campaign budget, accurately ensuring PO's are raised and tracked
Key Requirements of the Digital Acquisition Manager includes:
ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all departments and organisational levels, including Senior Management.
Ideally from a Banking or Financial Business
10+ Years' hands-on experience in Digital performance/growth Marketing, Media and Sales e-commerce experience
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, financial markets and economic environments
Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Analytics (is desired)
Strong understanding of martech/adtech stacks tools
Knowledge and experience of SEO and increasing organic traffic. Experience using SEO tools for monitoring and measurement.
