A leading North-West Plc with an exceptional reputation across the market are on the lookout to add an experienced Transformation Communication Manager to the wider team.

As the transformation communication manager you will be responsible for:

Manage the creation and delivery of an effective communications plan which tells the transformation story across the business which in turn will support a higher level of employee engagement
Write and edit presentations, speeches and other materials to support transformation leaders
Accurately maintain an overview of the communications requirements for existing and future projects and programmes
Act as the expert advisor and quality assurance for communications coming from within the transformation programme
Act as a conduit between transformation communications and that of the wider business
Proactively identify potential internal stories and work with the wider comms team to deliver
Promotes continuous improvement and high performance of the Business Excellence team; encouraging the development of innovative solutions which positions Speedy as an industry leader
Monitors and measure the impact of the communications plan to further enhance future messages
Always keeping on top of developments and keen to share knowledge with Internal teams such as HR, Marketing and Communications
Manage the various internal communications channels in use - face to face, paper-based and digital - and help to drive up the quality and effectiveness of our internal communications
Ad-hoc duties and projects as requiredKey requirements:

Experience in writing and preparing communications
Experience using social media and internal communications channels
Operational excellence (process and service)
Ability to operate across multiple disciplines.
Strong understanding of how to engage and influence internal audiences in change programmes
Ability to design engaging materials and create graphics, always keeping on top of developments and keen to share knowledge with Internal teams such as HR, Marketing and Communications
Ability to write simple but compelling content with experience of translating complex processes into simple, user focused content
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Strong decision making and analytical skills
Interaction with all disciplines/departments
