HRGO Recruitment seek a Finance & Administration Assistant for their client in Hastings, East Sussex.
The successful applicant will be offered a permanent contract after completing a three-month probationary period, with a salary between 17,500 - £20,000 dependant on experience.
The duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Posting receipts/payments on Sage
Processing supplier invoices on Sage 50
Processing staff expenses claims/credit card transactions
Month End reconciliation support to the Finance ManagerThis post requires an understanding of shared responsibilities within a team and it also incorporates general data input tasks.
Must be numerate and articulate
Preferably from an account's administration background
Must have experience with Microsoft and Excel
