SF Recruitment are recruiting for a fast growing business in Castle Donington who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join on a temporary to permanent basis. The role will be based from home initially, reporting directly into the Accounts Receivable Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- To provide support to the Accounts Receivable team and ensure the effective production of applications and invoices to our clients - To ensure that all applications and invoices are correct and issued to clients in a timely manner & by deadlines set by our clients - To ensure we receive prompt payment for invoices issued and to provide accurate cash allocation information to Accounts Receivable Manager - To provide sales updates to the Accounts Receivable Administrator and wider business when required - To liaise with the resourcing team to ensure invoices include the correct data from original orders and that any changes are incorporated - To build new customer relationships and support existing ones by providing high levels of customer service at all times - To provide administrative support to the wider account management team
Skills and Experience: -An experienced Finance Administrator that has previously worked in a medium to large company -A flexible approach is necessary as work within the function may be reallocated as circumstances demand
