Here at Interaction Recruitment Accountancy & Finance, we are delighted to be working with a successful and well known organisation in Bracknell who are looking for an experienced EMEA Payroller to compliment their existing team.

Role Requirements:

End to end payroll processing for the UK and a number of European countries

Maintenance of Payroll and HR records

Payroll query resolution

Assisting with Monthly and Year End reconciliation of payroll

Conducting manual payroll calculations

Assisting with HR tasks including statutory reporting

Person Requirements:

Experience of multi-country European payroll (incl UK) is essential

At least 3 years recent experience working within end-to-end payroll

An understanding of the dynamics required for working within a small team

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ownership of issues until point of resolution

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
