My client is looking for an experienced Income and Dispute Team Manager to manage staff and functions of the Major Works and service charge. The team maneger will be responsible for managing a team of up to 8 income and dispute officers . Hackney understand the pressures of the role during these times and is keen to support all members of staff. With experience monitoring performance and providing regular 1-2-1's the Team manager will succsessfully manager an income team to succsess.
The key responsibilities of the post-holder include;
Leading the Income Team responsible for billing major works charges and Service Charges Preparing and implementing local polices in line with the Council's procedures used for dealing with all aspects of major works billing and leaseholder consultation. To represent Hackney Council at County Courts and First Tier Tribunals in the case of debt recovery Overseeing and reviewing the implementation of improved changes within agreed timescales.If you have previous experience in these areas and keen to develop your knowledge further this is a perfect team for you. Management that are willing to help all case managers be the best they can possibly along with a strong hour rate.
