A large secondary school with an excellent reputation in Worcester is seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to start work in September. The post is initially on a week by week basis, with the potential of leading to a longer term contract for the right Cover Supervisor. The Head Teacher is looking for someone with a positive attitude to teaching, an enthusiastic and dynamic approach and has high expectations of learning.
In return, the Cover Supervisor will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic team in a welcoming environment.
Qualified and newly qualified teachers are also encouraged to apply.
Applicants need to:
Have strong classroom management
Have experience/ be willing to work with classes KS3 - KS5
Be able to follow lesson plans but also take responsibility for some teaching
A real desire to make a positive difference to the pupils that you work with
