Prominent, and growing South Kent Accountancy firm with a particularly strong reputation within the small to medium sized owner managed business, now has a new opportunity for an experienced Client Manager.

Key duties to include:-
Take an active role in the leadership of the Team Leaders, supporting the Partners with the management of the office and following a strategic plan for the business
Provide clear instruction and constructive feedback to team leaders in a timely manner.
Take an active role with motivating staff and managing issues.
Actively participates in meetings, workshops and training.
Take an active role in Business Development activities aiming to build on current client relationships and establish new opportunities.
Take responsibility for billing procedures and debt collection where appropriate and in collaboration with client liaison.
Managing workflow and deadlines within the Practice
Analysing delivery times and recoveries to provide accurate Management information with which to increase profitability
Reviewing IT systems periodically and suggesting improvements
Providing effective training and support to other staff, when necessary
Working with the Partners to set KPI's, goals and objectives, then ensure that they are monitored
Responsible for improving processes and implementing new systems
This role might suit someone formally qualified with a proven and demonstrable track record within the profession. Experience of managing a significant client portfolio and mentoring an internal accounts and tax team would be particularly welcome.
