Marketing Operations and Digital Campaign Specialist | Fintech
Swindon SN6 | £25,000 – 35,000 DOE + Benefits
We are a highly successful UK-based Fintech Software vendor focused on cloud-based Invoice-to-Cash Accounts Receivable suite that enables them to automate processes, reduce costs and improve cash collection efficiencies resulting in increased cash flow.
Role & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the commercially focused Marketing Operations and Digital Specialist will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Head of Sales and Marketing and will be responsible for planning, developing and driving the overall integrated digital marketing strategy for the business that supports growth plans.
The ideal candidate will have a data-driven and revenue-focused approach and be responsible for driving measurable results in relation to lead generation, conversion rates and revenue growth. They will help to introduce and use analytical tools to experiment with new digital campaign ideas and quickly understand their impact while optimising for improvement.
In addition, they will be responsible for the maintenance and optimisation of the sophisticated marketing and sales platforms driving for process improvement, delivery of sales and marketing best practices and cost efficiencies.
The role encompasses management of the following:
+ Design and execution of scalable integrated digital demand generation campaign workflows including display advertising, PPC, organic and paid social media that drive measurable demand generation results to increase revenue through direct sales
+ Management, reporting and budget optimisation of the digital demand generation programmes
+ Management of the marketing automation platforms to build landing pages, email templates, email automation flows and sales plays
+ Website management i.e. forms, new pages, SEO etc.
+ Creation of key marketing reporting mechanisms, including dashboards and reports
+ Management and optimisation of the entire sales and marketing technology stack, including their maintenance, user management, processes, and integration points.
+ Monitor and maintain the marketing database as well as responsibility for aligning with relevant corporate policies on data
+ Experience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Sales Navigator
+ Demonstrable experience with WordPress, Google Analytics and Google Adwords
+ Experience using buyer intent data and platforms
+ Excellent Salesforce and Pardot knowledge
+ Programmatic advertising experience through Demand-Side Platforms
+ Familiarity with data enrichment and prospecting tools
+ Experience in managing back-end systems for sales and marketing technology suites
Qualifications & Traits:
+ BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field
+ 3+ Years in marketing content/copywriting role
+ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in parallel.
+ Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.
