Maintenance Engineer - Static Site
Our client is a National Building Services provider. They have an excellent reputation within the region, they are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to work with them covering their Client's Portfolio (MOD) in the Yeovil Region.

You will be working on a Static site; and will be based at one of Yeovil's most high-profile sites delivering planned and reactive maintenance schedules to a three-storey office complex.

Working on a variety of Electrical building services equipment, delivering service, maintenance, fault finding & repair.

Carrying out general M&E building services and FM maintenance duties as and when required, along with working in the Goods In department one day a week (training given).

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (40hrs per week)

You will need a minimum of 4 years post apprenticeship, Knowledge & experience of working on commercial or industrial electrical plant & systems.

Ideally you will be educated to City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in Electrical Engineering, holding the 2391/5 Test & Inspect along with the 18th Edition certifications would be advantageous.

If you have a current CRB/DBS certificate this will be hugely advantageous as this is a High profile location.

You will need to have a positive attitude towards your work responsibilities & adopt flexible working methods in order to meet the needs of the role. It is necessary that you have good communication skills together with strong problem-solving abilities as you will have regular client contact.
