MC Technical Recruitment are currently seeking to recruit an experienced AD Plant Manager / Operations Manager / Site Manager to join a leading organisation in the Anaerobic Digestion sector for their site in Swindon.

Working for an important player in the clean energy industry, this company is looking for a Plant Operations Manager to oversee the day to day successful running of an electrical generation site which has a current project in place to add significant development.

Reporting to the Operations Director you will develop & lead a team, putting in place SOPs, Maintenance schedules, environmental auditing, safety processes & training of staff, ensuring the smooth, safe & profitable running of the site whilst maximising levels of customer satisfaction plus compliance with environmental controls.

With a responsibility for managing the development & operations of a busy industrial process site, this is a challenging role that will be very visible within the organisation.

To be considered you will ideally be educated to HNC or equivalent in engineering & with a successful track record managing AD process plant (or similar such as agricultural, wastewater, waste management, marine engineering equipment etc). WAMITAB &/or COMAH experience would be very beneficial.

The financial package on offer for this role is very attractive with a basic of up to £45,000 plus benefits. Location, Swindon.
