SGS College's Health and Life Sciences Sector has an exciting opportunity for an administrator within the Sport and Public Services Department (FE and HE provision) at our WISE campus.
Key responsibilities of this role include the support of staff and students within the curriculum with administrative tasks, providing first line communication with members of the public on general enquiries and producing statistical reports as required. You will also be responsible for organising and managing confidential information and filing systems.
The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative capacity, excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. The postholder will also have the ability to prioritise, use initiative and pay attention to detail.
