Salary Range: £29,172 - £35,589 per annum (Salary is dependent on level of qualification and experience)
Contract Type: Permanent and Full-Time (0.5 Job share will be considered)
Hours: 37 hours per week

SGS College's Quality, Learning Resources & Performance Department have an exciting opportunity for two Deputy Heads of Teaching and Learning .
These roles will be based in either Trades & Vocational or Academic and Applied General Sectors. The roles will involve developing high quality teaching , learning and assessment through focussed coaching, support and staff training.
The post holder will contribute to the implementation of the College's Improving Teaching Learning and Assessment Policy and Procedure, the Learning Excellence Framework and STEP UP - ABC minimum standards.
The successful candidates will support all College departments in securing, for every learner a purposeful, dynamic and stimulating learning experience where progress, employability, speech and language, information literacy and high quality outcomes are central to all that we do.
