Have you been working for a minimum of one year with a marketing team helping to deliver campaigns for new business and customer engagement? Have you been working across various MARCOMs but now wish to branch out and take ownership of your work? If yes then this large, family run Company needs you!

A new role has been created in this busy internal marketing department to help them deliver B2B communications and campaigns to both existing customers and potential. With a clear, new focus and restructure within the company there has never been a more exciting time to join if you are looking to utilise and develop your marketing skills.

Working across the MARCOM channels this Company are seeking a dynamic individual who will take ownership of the marketing calendar to help the team deliver campaigns on time and within budget. From campaign strategy to tactical implementation, utilising the skills within the department, you will help create campaign ideas, manage customer databases, launch the campaign by implementing tactics and then monitor the success to utilise knowledge for the next campaign. They are looking for someone to bring new ideas and fresh ways of thinking to the business to develop results, both in winning new business and in maintaining their strong customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Helping to devise, then taking ownership to create, launch and monitor campaigns to win new business working with the marketing, sales and purchasing teams. Utilising a variety of MARCOM channels.
- Creation of customer engagement initiatives to maintain and strengthen relationships. Working with the commercial teams to deliver communications on time and within budget.
- Creating and devising campaigns to increase brand awareness in geographical and new market targets, utilising all MARCOM channels.
- Monitoring all communications and utilising the analytics to maximise future success.

- Experience in working with a team to create, launch, test and run marketing campaigns.
- Imaginative copy and writing skills, with fresh, ideas to make the campaigns standout.
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous but not essential.
- Campaign measurement experience.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A dynamic attitude that likes to see results and can communicate success to motivate team members and stakeholders.
