This MSP's Professional Services Division is part of a wider organisation delivering IT infrastructure and application support. The team has grown year on year with high demand for their expertise with an ever-growing number of applications in the recruitment sector and pressure within the Recruitment sector to use IT solutions to deliver improvement in operational overhead.

They are looking for a candidate with good knowledge of the recruitment agency industry with a background in software development and/or business analysis. The candidate must have demonstrable skills in designing and writing a specification for an IT solution and some project management. It would be good for the candidate to have knowledge of Adapt UX, V11 or V9, and Salesforce.

Position Overview
Reporting into the Professional Services Projects Team Leader, and working closely with their client base at all levels, the Solutions Analyst will use their expert knowledge of the recruitment sector and experience of delivering IT solutions to ensure that clients maximise the return on their investment in recruitment application technology and that a best practise approach is taken to meet their specific business needs.

Such projects include:
- Specing out solutions for client requirements for CRM configuration in enough detail for a developer, then testing the solution, liaising with the client through the project and potentially training or user notes for delivery.
- Designing MI reports, testing & delivery.
- Integrating applications with CRMs - e.g. web portals, mailshot applications and timesheeting/invoicing systems.
- Consultancy services to support application purchases/advise on IT solutions with changes in legislation.

- Business analysis and Solution design (recruitment processes)
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvements in process and systems
- Project quality assurance - ensure that requirements are full understood by the project team. Represent the client throughout a project.

- Post-project reporting to measure/demonstrate success
