Administrator - Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave from January 2018

Salary - £16,000-18,000 pa

This is an opportunity to join a Privately owned Occupational Health & Medical services provider based in Canterbury, Kent.

They are looking for a person with exceptional administration experience to cover maternity leave from January 2018. The team is small, but for the right person, the role will be rewarding whilst being challenging.

This is a critical role delivering services that put the client at the forefront of their work, and a high standard of personal commitment is essential.

- You are a confident, experienced Administrator, used to working in a fast paced office environment, as part of a team and on your own?
- You can work under pressure while maintaining a sense of proportion

- Living life with a smile and rolling with the punches shows just what a can-do-will-do person, you are
- You can demonstrate IT skills including MS Office suite and (possibly) 365
- You are respected by those who know you, have a professional attitude and are someone who takes pride in doing a good job
- At least two previous employers could provide you with impeccable references.
- Their London offices, and clients nationwide may need your attention. There are no impediments to you travelling for business if required.
- With exceptional written and oral English language skills, you are a confident communicator.
- You understand what 'Occupational Health' means, and if asked, you would be able to describe what they do
- You can demonstrate that you have amazing customer and team service skills, learned in a person-facing environment, and have the utmost respect for colleagues and clients.
