Brandmovers, Inc. (BMI) is seeking an experienced senior business development manager to lead client relationships and develop business for our growing London office.

What we are looking for:

The Ideal candidate is an experienced sales executive who is equally comfortable in the role of “hunter” for new clients, as with the role of “consultant” regarding clients’ business goals. Our clients consist of promotional agencies, traditional ad agencies, digital shops, and direct clients usually at manager/director level positions. The ideal candidate will be capable of leveraging our extensive portfolio of work with US-based global clients including The Walt Disney Company, Nestle, Hasbro and others to translate this experience into sales in the UK and European markets. Candidate should also have an entrepreneurial spirit, be passionate about the online advertising industry, and be prepared to grow the health/beauty & fashion industry relationship from cold call to client partner.


Responsible for developing, managing, and tracking a territory/account plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

Cultivate relationships with brands and agencies of all sizes

Identify and Investigate health/beauty & fashion industry new business opportunities

Ability to scope out a project after listening to client objectives

Negotiate contracts and secure new business

Effective prospecting of potential clients through various lead sources (including cold calling)

Manage accounts effectively in order to drive recurring revenue and increase the level of participation by clients

Direct accounts from proposal through post-analysis to resell

Understand Digital and Social Media, BMI technology, and be able to articulate how BMI capabilities meet stated client needs

Maintain working knowledge of online advertising research, products, industry trends, and competitive set

Desired Skills & Experience:

6-8 years of outside sales experience required

Strong Knowledge and contacts within the Beauty/Fashion industry

Entrepreneurial background; direct experience with start-up business

Cold calling and door to door sales experience for health/beauty products

Direct experience with the UK market (experience with the wider European market a plus)

Knowledge of US market and brand history

Highly-motivated, competitive people, high energy, and quick thinking

Aggressive self-starters with a proven history of closing sales

Strong contacts with consumer product marketers, ad/digital agencies, PR firms, brands

Excellent presentation skills and communication skills; ability to confidently understand and present complex materials to high-level marketing executives

Solid Interpersonal skills, good on the phone, excellent verbal and written communication skills; ideal candidates will be comfortable interacting at various levels of the organization

University degree required (International Business a plus)

Proven ability to meet/exceed a sales quota

Should be a hunter and have a passion for closing deals

Excellent organization, initiative, follow-up, and communication skills both internally and client-facing 

Bilingual a plus for EU market
