Lloyd Recruitment Services have fantastic opportunity for a Workflow Coordinator, to join a recognised brand leader based locally to Epsom, to support their growing commercial team on a 12 months contract.

The ideal candidate must have 2 years' experience in a data entry or task / workflow coordination environment - to enable you to maintain business processes and updates to the global business team as required.

You'll be part of the "go-to" team - who ensure that correct access and improvements are made on the system for new and existing colleagues, ensuring that they have accurate and speedy access to all relevant work / business areas to complete their daily tasks.

Hands on knowledge of using VLOOKUP formulas in MS Excel and multiple IF statements, Pivot Tables and knowledge of Skills Matrix would be extremely beneficial, and previous exposure to User Testing and project team working would also stand you in good stead.

  • Run reports and facilitate system tasks for team
  • Perform and produce minimal rate data entry and updates to the system
  • Maintain a good work relationship with the support team globally

Technical skills and requirements:
  • Able to prioritise and handle multiple activities
  • Active coordination of tracking information, action follow ups and meeting deadlines
  • Computer literate with strong knowledge of MS suite
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
