Clinical Nurse Leader

Full Time - 37.5 hours per week


Location: Northampton

Competitive Salary - £31,250 to £38,900 plus 30% extra for Saturday/Night shifts and 60% extra for Sunday (meaning up to £5,557.14 addtional)

Clinical Nurse Leader role

We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse to join the team on our CAMH's ward in the new CAMH's integrated practice unit as a Clinical Nurse leader.

The Clinical Nurse leader will report directly to the Nurse Manager will be able to access St. Andrews excellent learning and development programmes, and specialised training in a range of therapeutic interventions.


The CAMH's IPU is situated in the purpose built FitzRoy building, which provides a purpose built adolescent themed environment with outstanding facilities such as pet therapy and horticulture courtyards, family visiting suites, music room, multi-gym, activity hall, sensory room, café and much more within 140 acres of beautiful grounds, close to Northampton town centre.

The facility includes St Andrew's College - rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted - an educational facility providing young people with the expertise and resources to improve their academic skills and gain additional qualifications as part of their recovery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in acute mental health care, an interest or experience in CAMH's and a desire to succeed in a challenging, fast paced and ultimately rewarding work environment.
