Fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven retail manager!
up to €41,000 + bonus

The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, drive the store performance and manage staff effectively. Candidates must have previous management experience at ASM or SM level.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop business strategies to drive store traffic and optimize profitability
* Training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
* Ensure high levels of customers' satisfaction through excellent service
* Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
* Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
* Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
* Propose innovative ideas / events / be involved in marketing and social networks if needed
* Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
* Able to deal and resolve any issues that could arise from staff or customers
* Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance
* Additional store manager duties as needed

Requirements

* Able to analyse the business through SWOT analysis and Business Action Plan
* Proven successful experience as a retail manager
* Powerful leading skills and business orientation
* Customer management skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
