NET Software Engineer - Leeds - £55,000

.Net Software Developer required to join a leading tech provider during a period of expansion. You will be a Senior Developer with a broad range of skills, tasked with guiding the team through a range of challenging projects. You'll be part of a key part of the company expansion and their future, the role was created, after planning out a company restructure to handle the client workload and projected growth plans.

Key Skills:

** Due to the team being so diverse in their skills, knowledge of as many of the following would be useful: , .NET, C#, SQL, C++, JavaScript, Python, Java, Android

** 3+ years industry experience working on projects from cradle to grave

** Good understanding and/or experience of working in a Agile environment


Ideally you would be a full-stack developer, with a focus on .NET, C# programming. With current projects needing multi-language application development, you will be working closely with a number of other Developers, so understanding other peoples thought processes would be ideal. Beyond programming day to day, you will also be getting involved in the testing and implementation of applications produced by both yourself and your peers. The company is working in an Agile environment, so you will be expected to contribute to team sprints and working closely alongside Project Managers to ensure that applications are being completed efficiently. It is worth noting that this role requires security clearance, so you'll be required to have a UK passport that has resided within the UK for the last 5 years.

Team & Location:

With several offices dotted across the UK, you'll be based mainly within the Leeds offices on the outskirts of the city, but you may be asked to head to the other locations on occasion. The tech team are spread across the country, so you'll be interacting and working with the team using different mediums. The team itself consists of nine experts within their disciplines, generally sticking closely to specific parts of each project and working as a well-oiled machine to create market leading products. This is where you are required, to head up the Microsoft Development aspects of projects, producing first class code and working cohesively with your colleagues who at times are spread across the UK.
