The Opportunity UKI Markets UKI Markets is at the heart of EY's ambitious growth strategy. The team is responsible for working with our clients and EY colleagues to accelerate growth and maintain and improve EY's brand. The Markets team comprises five key functions: Business Development (BD), the Solutions Accelerator, Market Execution, Market Operations and Brand, Marketing and Communication (BMC). Collectively we have over 200 people working to support our key stakeholders across the business. Solutions Accelerator The purpose of the Solutions Accelerator is to take key local and global solutions from concept through to deployment and market launch readiness. The Accelerator has been created in light of the continued need for customer centricity in our business to ensure we continue to innovate with agility and speed to stay ahead of the market. The Accelerator team will provide the specialist expertise required to develop the commercial and marketing plans to get new Solutions into the market quicker and more effectively to accelerate profitable growth. Solutions Accelerator - BMC Manager Reporting into the Solutions Accelerator Director, the BMC Manager is responsible for the overall Brand, Marketing & Communications strategy for the Solutions Accelerator. Working with the Solutions Accelerator team they are accountable for creating the value proposition, defining the strategy, and the launch plan. They will need to work closely with the BMC Business Leads, to ensure the solution forms part of the SL/Segment/Sector wider market execution plan, as well as the BMC Hub, to ensure successful activation of the launch plan while managing the handover for business as usual The BMC Manager will lead assigned solutions through the commercialisation process, through from business case and proposition development, briefing the BMC Hub to create collateral, and managing handover to BMC for BAU. Typical responsibilities include managing demand marketing from planning to campaigns design and optimization, focusing on activation and conversion of key accounts/ sectors, demand funnel progression through nurture and warm prospecting, lead conversion, and marketing-sourced pipeline. Your Key Responsibilities The Solutions Accelerator BMC Manager is accountable for delivering the following: * Development of the value proposition and overarching BMC strategy working collaboratively and proactively with the Solutions Accelerator team and BMC Business Leads as well as the comms team * Working closely with the comms team to develop an integrated communication Programme across external and internal channels * Bringing relevant insights to create brand impact and to facilitate sales - understanding the competition, key client issues and market drivers as well as the political and regulatory landscape in which EY operates * Keeping abreast of new marketing and comms tools and techniques to ensure that we are cutting through the noise and differentiating the solution * Creating launch campaign and actions derived from the strategy, they are responsible for the campaign brief into the BMC Hub and working with the Hub's Campaign Manager to execute and move to BAU * Overall tracking of the BMC strategy for the solution, reporting regularly on progress against plan and ROI, embedding learnings for future solutions * Budgetary and financial management responsibility Skills and attributes for success * Experienced marketing and comms professional with a proven track record in developing marketing and comms strategies for new solution launches * Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and able to demonstrate that they have operated as a 'trusted advisor' to the business * Confidence to challenge and influence key decision makers to ensure the right outcomes for the business * Able to work within a matrix structure - balancing the needs of the service line against firm wide marketing initiatives and goals and the firm's communications strategy To qualify for the role you must have * Extensive b2b experience in a large, matrix organization (10+ years) * Strong technical marketing and comms knowledge (i.e. good understanding of digital, social media etc.) and ability to apply this knowledge in the design and delivery of successful campaigns * Able to demonstrate a commercial approach and knowledge of broader marketing and comms trends and insights Ideally, you'll also have * Strong people management skills, able to communicate the strategy and motivate and engage people to deliver to high performance standards * Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change * Understanding of the professional services environment What we look for * Inspires trust and confidence in terms of ability to provide advice and guidance, manage expectations and provide sound judgement What working at EY offers We offer a competitive remuneration package where you'll be rewarded for your individual
