Description This role sits within the Clinique Marketing department, reporting to the Social and Content Manager. You will be responsible for driving social media organic and content strategy, and implementing it across local channels. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for social media and content marketing and an extended knowledge of the social media landscape - including content formats, social listening and reporting tools, planning and implementation of social first campaigns and an understanding of the latest technologies impacting key platforms. This role will be an integral member of the Consumer Engagement and wider marketing team, working closely alongside all brand functions including Product and Retail Marketing, Communications, Ecommerce and Education. Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for Clinique UK Social channels and media campaigns. * Drive channel growth and maintain strong engagement across owned all channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest. * Work alongside Social and Content Manager to devise and plan social media strategy for all key campaigns as well as Always On focuses, working with media agency to develop strong social plans which drive key business metrics including new client recruitment and driving foundation and moisturisers. * Be wholly responsible for all GWP and CFM media campaigns, from asset ideation and creation to media planning, optimisation and reporting. * Test content, copy and formatting / ad types and channel diversification to maximise ROI based on business objectives. Own all organic planning and implementation. * Own the organic content calendars for local social channels to ensure key launches and marketing priorities are supported and wider business objectives are met. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute 360, cross-departmental campaigns, including influencer marketing and Always On pillars. * Support with tactical initiatives, including Halloween, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day in-store events. Identify seasonal and disruptive story opportunities across content and execution. * Asset management across local and global content, ensuring an optimal mix to drive relevancy and engagement. Work with Digital Studio to ensure all Global assets are localised in a timely manner. * Provide monthly reports, detailing key successes, learnings and competitor insights. Use results and insights to shape an ongoing strategy. Lead the UK Instagram Strategy: * Ensure the Instagram feed stays beautiful and market leading, encouraging conversation. * Own the Instagram story strategy, posting content including campaign support, Always On, Gift, Store Support, promotional offers and customer reviews. Create bespoke content where necessary. * Take on Ad-Hoc requests from teams while ensuring integrity and best-in-class content across platform. * Develop Instagram Live strategy. Ensure we use the platform to support key launches and strategic pillars (moisturiser, foundation). * Develop the UK UGC strategy, and ensure UGC is published and leveraged at the most effective points within the campaign to drive consumers through the funnel. * Develop Instagram TV strategy. Test and learn content types to be able to devise what works for Clinique UK on the platform to meet business objectives. * Work closely with Facebook partners to ensure we are adhering to best practice. * Understand platform nuances to ensure that we consistently follow a test and learn approach in publishing, in a goal to increase owned media performance. Support and lead on local content creation. * Support Social and Content Manager in the conception and creation of local content, bespoke to the UK market. * Work with wider teams (including Comms, Retail Marketing and Education) on content requirements. * Collaborate with Digital Studio, freelance content creators and influencers to produce local content that meets both global marketing briefs and the needs of the UK market. * Ensure content is finished to high brand standards, adheres to brand guidelines and is delivered on time. * Be a presence at brand events (including Comms events and in-store activity) and share on owned channels. Create clear, actionable reports for the wider business. * Own the relationship between Clinique UK and third-party tools (Social Bakers, Curalate) associated with planning, tracking and analysing owned and earned social campaigns, ensuring that we make the most of the platforms and optimise accordingly. * Create reporting templates (monthly, campaign, ad hoc), ensuring we monitor the performance of social campaigns and proactively optimise campaigns based on learnings. * Embrace a test and learn attitude, to work reactively based on results and embracing change when necessary. * Stay on top of and proactively share upcoming trends in social media and content marketing. * Be able to support the Social and Content Manager in the strategic planning
