Head of Organisational Development
The core of this role is to shape, implement and manage a high quality OD service that can deliver the Leadership and OD strategy through expert advice, relationships and partnering as well as through well designed products and processes that support the Trust to deliver its strategic objectives. We have an ambitious set of objectives for the coming year including phase two of our culture change programme, introduction of a modular management development programme and delivering our second staff focus week.
