Job Description: The EMU-IT controller forms the central hub between the EMU countries, the IT service lines and EMU finance team. It is the responsibility of the EMU-IT controller help the Arcadis SSC Europe B.V. accounting team in accurately and timely close the administration in order guaranty high quality reporting of the EMU-IT cost development. It is your responsibility as EMU-IT controller to coordinate the budget and forecast process and ensure actual cost development stays within these set budget or forecast amounts. With the EMU-IT activities being shared among the various EMU countries you maintain a transparent allocation model that uses combination of actual usage and fair contribution as keys to calculate the charges each participating EMU countries receives. Qualifications Your responsibilities: • Coordinating the monthly closing activities (SAP & BPC) • Coordinate the intercompany allocation and invoicing process • Preparation of reporting o Managerial reporting deck (executive communication) o Financial reporting deck o Reporting schedules in consolidation tool (SAP BPC) • Preparation of plan and forecast • Support insights on cost development to service lines • Coordinate discussions between business enablers and the service line directors • Performing deep-dives and Ad hoc analysis Your background: • CPA with Master in accounting, finance, business or similar degree • Progressive financial or accounting experience • Strong accounting (IFRS) & reporting knowledge • Experienced with Shared service way of working • Disciplined, accurate and service minded • Open-minded to change with a healthy can-do mentality Why Arcadis?
