As a Program Manager you are a thought leader and enabler of others - helping to solve problems and define solutions. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You'll adapt to the needs of the organisation to continually look for ways to optimise cross functional and cross Product Area efforts. This Program Manager role is focussed on keeping Trust and Safety operations running smoothly, facilitating cross functional collaboration, addressing potential conflicts and organising people and teams. Streams is our secure mobile assistant for clinicians, providing the tools they need to spot health conditions on the move and prioritize patient care. Within the team, we bring together specialists who know what it takes to deploy clinical tools in practice - engineers, clinicians, translational researchers and more. Building on the work of the Health Research team, who have made major AI advances in the fields of medical imaging and electronic health records, our vision is for Streams is to become an AI-powered assistant for clinicians everywhere - combining the best algorithms with intuitive design. Working alongside colleagues across Google, you'll help make this vision a reality. Minimum qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience * Experience working in a role focused on large scale project/program management such as healthcare, or finance focused on Quality Assurance, Risk Management and agile methodology frameworks in operational use. * Program management experience, with a focus on managing large-scale and dynamic technical projects, with competing resources and priorities. Preferred qualifications: * Experience in leading programs in a fast-paced large-scale Health IT product, SaMD (Software as a Medical Device), or operations environment. * Ability to work well in a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team. * Demonstrable ability to negotiate and influence across teams./li> * Effective leadership and facilitation skills. * Effective communication and presentation skills. * Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. - Manage business-critical Trust and Safety programs, developing actionable plans to achieve goals, structure and lead project teams, clearly defining deliverables and timeline. - Act as a trusted partner to our Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams, connecting the dots and enabling faster decision making and execution. - Collaborate across organizational boundaries to provide communication and visibility to all levels including Engineering, UX, Product, Operations, Legal, Business Development, Marketing, Merchandising, Onboarding etc. - Lead co-ordination of Trust and Safety annual and quarterly planning for resources, funding and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). - Implement standards to ensure quality and consistency across planning, execution, and operational processes.
