Most services are provided at Queen Alexandra Hospital but we also offer a range of outpatient and diagnostic facilities closer to patients' homes. We handle around 142,000 Emergency Department admissions a year and have the busiest maternity department on the South Coast. HCSW Gynaecology outpatients

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic HCSW who is committed to excellence, team working and patient focused care to work within our Gynaecology Outpatients Department. 37.5hrs hours per week.

The post involves working alongside the specialist multidisciplinary outpatient team. Duties to include assisting the nursing staff in Outpatient/Colposcopy/Ambulatory and PMB clinics. The post holder should be willing to work in a team environment. Excellent communication skills are also necessary. Previous experience working in outpatients and ambulatory clinics would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
