Southern Health is one of the largest Foundation Trusts in the UK, specialising in mental health, adult and child community health and learning disabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our experienced Community Mental Health Teams in Eastleigh and Romsey.

We are a supportive, lively and busy multi-disciplinary team, which provides care co-ordination and recovery focused care for individuals with complex and challenging mental health needs. You will have an induction, regular supervision and on the job training alongside mandatory and statutory training.

You will need to be able to work autonomously in the community and use your own initiative under the guidance of qualified staff. You will work closely with the team's care co-ordinators to deliver effective and competent recovery focussed care to adults with severe mental health needs, both in their own homes and in the local community.

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic, flexible and resourceful individual who is committed to providing support and assistance to service users in their recovery. You will need experience of working with adults with mental health needs and an interest in working with service users in a community setting.

Car driver and use of car within work hours is essential.
