An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager to join the Kolvin Service in Reach Team.

The Kolvin service provide assessment and interventions for young people who access two local authority secure services in the Northeast area.

Commissioned by NHS England The Kolvin service has achieved positive national recognition in relation to the collaborative implementation of the secure stairs framework which has ensured that wider agencies contribute towards safe and effective care for young people in receipt of services.

The successful candidate will have experience of working collaboratively with complex young people, their families, carers and wider multi disciplinary agencies.

in light of an emphasis relating to effective working with wider agencies it is essential that the successful candidate does possess effective communication skills, adaptable leadership style and managerial qualities.

The Kolvin in reach service has a well established Multi disciplinary team consisting of wide and varied professional bodies who are dedicated solely to work within the in reach service.

The Team Manager will ensure that standards relating to quality, performance and professional practice remain consistent in line with trust and commissioning expectations. Due to area geography the successful applicant will be required to travel cross site within the northeast area
