We are seeking a substantive band 6 for this exciting developmental opportunity we require individuals who are dynamic, innovative, and highly motivated. You will already be regarded as a role model with strong leadership attributes and good communication skills.

With passion for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to all patients admitted to our ward you will also be integral to the ongoing development of our inpatient service. A key role is to provide support to patients and their families and loved ones during the admission and facilitate safe discharge.

You will be expected to support the ward sister with service, staff & resource management whilst being given the opportunity to develop your skills further in areas such as leadership, appraisals, audits, benchmarks, staff development, sickness management and all aspects of ward coordination with the rest of the multi-disciplinary team.

You must demonstrate our organisation's values and behave as a role model on a daily basis. If you would relish the opportunity to develop your skills and career further in a supportive and friendly environment, this is the role for you. We would prefer some level of experience of complex discharge planning.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post, English and/or Welsh speaker are equally welcome to apply.
