Do you have prior experience working with SEN children and can commit to a full academic year as an SEN Teaching Assistant/ LSA?

A mainstream primary school based in the London borough of Wandsworth has an opening for an LSA to join the school on a full time basis. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be working on a 1:1 basis with a pupil in KS2.

The school offers a range of opportunities for Teaching Assistants. There are regular training courses on offer, plus the option of taking extracurricular activities. The ideal candidate will be working closely with the class teacher in Year 3 and the SENCO to ensure the pupil is supported, on task and part of the whole class experience.

To be considered for this full time SEN Teaching Assistant job you will be able to demonstrate the following:

·Academically proficient in English and Maths

·Enthusiastic and able to work with SEN children

·Experienced at working with pupils on the autistic spectrum

·Qualified at degree level or have relevant SENqualifications

·Available to work full time
