Role Overview

Working under the B2B Product Training Manager and operating within the IM Training function, you will have responsibility for the coordination, execution and delivery of the overarching B2B training strategy for IM. Working with key internal stakeholders across B2B, training content, online and retail programs, you will coordinate and create content leveraging existing resources whilst understanding the precise requirements for the B2B market. You will be responsible for localising the training messaging for the B2B market in line with the overall IM vision and objectives to drive incremental sellout and product recommendation in the B2B space.

Contributing to the innovative process for the creation of new ideas, you will be key to launch these initiatives within the B2B space, up-weighting overall support for training for new and existing products. You will be responsible for coordinating the overall communication and working within the newly defined work-streams to drive product recommendation, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility

* Acting as an executive, own the coordination and communication of B2B training, delivering against the objectives and KPI's set by the B2B Product Training Manager.
* Localise training material in line with wider IM vision, tailored to the B2B audience and direction, driving overall product recommendation and learning.
* Create new training content inline with the brand guidelines set by SEUK for use across multiple touch points and adhering to the requirements of external stakeholders.
* Clear and concise communication to the relevant teams, liaising with internal and external functions for the delivery of project timelines.
* Be an advocate and enabler to the creative process of new ideas to drive training innovation, devising fresh ways to build knowledge and demonstrate ROI
* Create and maintain reports measuring activity vs ROI
* Build and implement content/plans to ensure targets are met on a quarterly basis and continuously monitor progress
* Build remote and online learning training material for B2B team
* Maintain a good understanding of competitor activity to ensure Samsung remain Best in Class
* Develop best in class execution of learning through existing touch points, taking advantage of recent trends in learning behaviours.
* On-going meetings with your line manager to demonstrate progress on work-streams
* To be considered a professional within your field and have the desire to continually add value
* To always operate as a brand ambassador and within the set guidelines of the role and best practices of Blue Square & Samsung
* Endorse and build client relations

*Previous experience in a similar role within a B2B Product environment desirable.
