Customer Voice Team Leader / Customer Research Team Leader
Location: Stafford / Shrewsbury, with travel required to each site
Salary: £33,150.26 per annum + Car allowance
Hours - 37

The Group has ambitious plans to build more homes and provide an even better choice for their customers and communities.

As their Customer Voice Team Leader, you will work across the Group to champion the customer in all that they do. Ensuring that all Customers have the opportunity to share their views and help shape policies and service.

Actively managing the Voice of the Customer team, turning insight into action and conducting root cause analysis, you will assist in the development of the implementation and delivery of innovative customer engagement strategies and the delivery of key business objectives. Developing strong working relationships and implementing innovative and effective ways to share the Voice of the Customer.

They're looking for a committed individual who will champion their customers, who can effectively manage the customer voice team. With evidence of setting/achieving team objectives and KPIs, you'll have the ability to manage data, analyse information, taking actions to improve results and seek to deliver continuous improvement. From information gathered, you'll be able to produce statistics and reports and have the ability to present your team's findings. It would be advantageous for you to have experience in customer research but not essential.
