Marketing and Executive Assistant Role:
We are currently looking for a new team member to help support both our digital marketing activities and two executives within the organisation.
In this role; being very organised, the willingness to learn and being adaptable are absolutely essential.

What you'll do
The daily responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
+ Managing marketing calendar
+ Writing and editing copy / content with an efficient, keen eye for details.
+ Email campaigns
+ Completing varied research projects.
+ Providing strategic administrative and project management support for the executive.
+ Processing and managing emails and calendars.
+ Scheduling internal and external meetings.
+ Drafting and managing correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive, as appropriate.
+ Setting up eSignature documents and ensure proper completion.
+ Initiating and completing orders and purchases.
+ Booking travel and accommodations and meticulously filing expenses. Extra bonus, you find the best deals.
+ Other duties as required.
What you’ll need
Our ideal candidate has these top qualities and qualifications;
+ Excellent English (written and verbal
+ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
+ 4+ years of recent, full-time administrative support, reporting to one or more executives
+ Experience working with executives in a rapidly growing environment preferably in technology.
+ Must be process-oriented
+ Must have comfort with using a variety of software technologies.
+ Highly proficient in Google G-Suite Apps
+ Flexibility to attend urgent or changing needs.
+ Strive for continuous improvement.
+ Handle multitasking stressful scenarios and high workload.
+ A can-do attitude and natural ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
+ Adobe Photoshop (Basic level would be a benefit)
+ Some knowledge of Google Ads / Analytics would be a benefit
+ All around, someone who has the drive and determination to do great things.

Location and Access:
+ The office is 5 minutes’ walk from High Brooms Train Station.
+ You should be ideally located within 15 miles Royal Tunbridge Wells.
+ The role is a mixture of in office and remote working.
(You need to have a quiet working environment if working remotely)
+ Salary: £27,000 pa
