As a provider of care for people of all ages who have mental and/or community health needs we are dedicated to providing a high quality service, close to where people live and as much as possible tailored to an individual's needs.

The Older People's Community Mental Health Teams are looking for an experienced Community Mental Health Nurse

The multidisciplinary teams comprise of Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Support workers, physiotherapist, assistant psychologists, Psychologists and Doctors. We are committed to the excellent community care of older people with a breadth of mental health problems and those with dementia.

You will be supported in your work with regular caseload management and management supervision. You will be expected and encouraged to engage in clinical supervision. Peer supervision is part of our core daily activity.

Ideally you will have at least 12 months of mental health experience. Experience of working with older adults is preferable but we welcome applications on the basis of commitment and compassionate practitioners from all backgrounds.

One of these roles will be predominantly Care Home Liaison provision, with a small amount of generic CMHTe work.

Our team is friendly and hard working and we welcome new additions to our team to help us in our aim to provide excellent and compassionate care to our communities.

We cover the beautiful country side of the Aire Wharfe Valley and the towns and villages of Bingley, Keighely and Ilkley
