A DMGT investment, Yopa, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will become an integral part of our team, based near Green Park, Central London. To be successful in this role you MUST have previous configuration experience for both the Sales and Service Cloud In addition to enhancing our current proposition we are launching additional products and services all to be run from our own internal systems integrated with Salesforce. You will also be working closely with our talented development team, contributing and shaping decisions as a key member of the team. We want someone with a passion for creating workflows in Salesforce that integrate with other systems to deliver first class customer service and reporting that drives commercial success. The responsibilities: In this role you will be responsible for: * Participate in the integrity of Salesforce data, processes, dashboards, reports, inputs & outputs * Create workflows for multiple customer types (personas) to help deliver fantastic customer service that supports the sales cycle * Actively participate in the Salesforce roadmap * Convert requirements into actionable deliverables * Be passionate about measuring the ongoing success of what you deliver * Drive delivery of Salesforce/Internal system enhancements at a rapid pace * Create dashboards for different user types/groups * Understand SOQL, SOSL * Understand APEX and APEX triggers * Combining workflow rules and triggers * Unit test writing * Using changesets for deployment * Building new/enhancing existing Process Builder journeys Registered office: Yopa Property Ltd, 22 Arlington Street, London, SW1A 1RD Registered in England & Wales: 09120252 VAT no: 190645007 The skills and experience you need: This exciting role requires you to have demonstrable experience in the following areas: * To be successful in this role you MUST have previous configuration experience for both the Sales and Service Cloud * Ideally a minimum of 3 years Salesforce experience * Experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards * Working with a Salesforce org that is integrated to a third party application * Able to configure workflows, validation rules and approval processes * Can build custom objects and fields * Strong excel skills and experience with data cleaning Nice to haves: In addition to the above essential skills it would be advantageous if you had experience with: * Salesforce.com administrator (ADM201) Certified * Knowledge of Flow * Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator Certified * Good understanding of Agile principles * Confident in manipulating large amounts of data while understanding related object/field functions * Experience with marketing automation software (i.e. Marketing Cloud) * Custom app/api integration best practice with salesforce * Experience with Lightning Experience and Lightning components * Visualforce charting * Apex scheduler
