As a Content Manager at Editions you will have a proven track record of managing client relationships at a strategic and operational level. Your experience will most likely have been gained within content marketing or marketing agencies, with solid experience of both B2B and B2C.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall client servicing and satisfaction (retention)
  • Build strong, enduring relationships with day-to-day marketing contacts at key client accounts.
  • Support the account team in the delivery of strategic content marketing solutions to client stakeholders.
  • Work with the team and internal stakeholders to ensure content marketing solutions and service delivery achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction at all times, as identified by client satisfaction surveys.
  • Oversee creative outputs and adopt measures to critically appraise work ahead of client review.
  • Ensure regular flow of client status reporting, with timely submission of project estimates and schedules.
  • Produce, commission and edit content.
  • Maintain an audit trail of relevant project documentation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of two years' account team experience in a BTL/integrated agency environment, preferably with a strong track record in financial services. Experience in a content marketing agency is highly desirable.
  • Degree or CIM educated (or similar recognised marketing qualification).
  • High standards of written and spoken English.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word / Excel / PPT). Ability to adapt to in-house project management systems.
  • Ability to communicate with self-confidence and creative flare.
  • Jargon-free writing skills, with the ability to appraise and sub-edit others' work.
  • Creative eye with an ability to appraise creative executions across various channels/formats and make recommendations as necessary.
  • Strong organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail and experience of project management working to defined schedules and budgets.
