KCR Solutions are currently looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary basis for an excellent client in Wallsend.

The client is looking for someone to start immediately, the position will be on going and there is the opportunity for the position to become permanent.

Salary - £9.00p/h to £10.00p/h

Key Responsibilities
  1. Liaising with suppliers and employees regarding various invoice queries e.g. goods not received, incorrect pricing and returned items
  2. Match invoices or credit notes received from a supplier to goods received notes, return documents or orders
  3. Processing of purchase invoices and credit notes where purchase orders exist
  4. Maintaining and updating the purchase ledger
  5. Ensuring all invoices have been authorised where purchase orders exist and no delivery note is received
  6. Reconciliation of supplier statements
  7. Dealing with supplier accounts queries
  8. Compare information from invoices, check pricing and delivery received
  9. Update supplier contact information
  10. Monthly supplier payment run
