An award-winning business intelligence platform and network organisation is looking for an Event Marketing Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be helping and supporting the team in the continued success of world-class events. You will be able to juggle multiple campaigns from end to end and have great communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Being responsible for individual event marketing analysis, strategy, marketing plan creation, execution and reporting
  • Developing, maintaining and growing lead generation channels across digital channels to enable conversion in the Delegate Sales team and to generate additional delegate revenue
  • Manipulating and segmenting the inhouse database for digital and email marketing purposes
  • Driving forward overall targets for delegate re-attendance as well as delegate growth acquisition from prospects
  • Developing mutually beneficial relations with key influencers in the market including media partners and associations
  • Leading in the promotion of the brand at events and online
  • Designing and driving content marketing plan creation and implementation across web and social channels
  • Providing email bulletin scheduling, building, sending and reporting impact
  • Growing traffic to the individual event websites through social and organic search and converting this traffic to incoming leads

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in a B2B conference event marketing environment
  • Ability to juggle multiple campaigns from end to end, at the same time
  • Data-driven, analytical marketer who has experience of using tools such as Google Analytics and intermediate Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in social media management tools and the responsibility of managing these channels
  • Have a good understanding of paid marketing techniques, including social media advertising, PPC and re-targeting
  • Experienced in email marketing automation platforms and CRM systems including the creation and managing of campaigns
  • Excellent ability to write persuasively and communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders
