Due to internal promotion a Credit Controller position has arisen for one of our leading clients in Skelmersdale. Based in their impressive Head Office building, you will enjoy a fast paced, vibrant team environment where people are supported. The Credit Team Leader who you will report to is one of many who have flourished within this organisation - they are looking to attract someone who would be keen to take advantage of promotion prospects.

Main Job Role:
  • Building & maintaining relationships with customers
  • Handling a large volume of inbound calls and queries
  • Contacting customers via email & phone to progress outstanding payments and chase collection
  • Taking card payments over the phone
  • Creating new customer accounts and carrying out credit checks
  • Working closely as a team to ensure KPIs are achieved

Person Specification:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Used to working with high volume calls
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Have the hunger & passion to succeed and also exceed targets
  • Be highly organised
