Key 2 Care Ltd T/A Derbyshire Care Services are Derby's largest provider of services to care and support people in their own homes. Due to continued business growth we are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Administrator. Based at our head office at Derby City Center the ideal candidate will be confident, have meticulous attention to detail, be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team, and be flexible and able to work under pressure.

The main duties are:
  • Reconciling sales invoices to contracts
  • Processing sales invoices
  • Credit control
  • Preparation of payroll information
  • Administrative duties associated with the role
  • Creation and maintenance of spread sheets
  • Communication with Local Authority and private customers

The candidate must have:
  • Knowledge and experience of working in a Finance department
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Finance or Accounts type qualification, i.e. AAT and Sage
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

This is a full time, permanent role (subject to an initial 6-month probationary period).

Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Hours are 37.5 hours per week between 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, based at Key 2 Care Ltd Head Office.
