Looking for a role you can be happy in? A position you can stay in for many years thats's varied enough to keep you challenged?

This role is working for an SME business in Nottingham, and you will work closely with the FC. The team is small and therefore progression will not be rapid. The hiring manager is looking for someone who is quite happy staying at this level long term. Therefore there's no pre-requisite to study, or pass exams quickly. The role could suit someone at the start of their finance career, or someone who has done this type of role for many years and is happy to do the same for many more!

The team are friendly and hard working and are looking for a like minded individual to join them!

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Main duties will include -
  • Processing invoicing
  • Post incoming and outgoing payments
  • Payment Runs
  • Resolving queries and getting PO authorisations
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • General Finance adhoc tasks supporting the Financial Controller

REQUIREMENTS
  • 40 hours per week - some flexibility on start and finish times
  • Experience is needed within purchase ledger
  • Wanting to work within the transactional area for the foreseeable - no prerequisite to study
  • Experience working for a manufacturing company would be beneficial
